Dan-List dowel boring machines Type BA are automatic universal dowel boring machines with magazines. They are ideal for straight, a little curved and round work pieces. As with the BM Type, the Dan-List dowel boring machine Type BA is available in many different sizes and Types. For that reason it makes it easier to find the model that fits exactly to your needs. It could be drilling of only one item or even more items on the same machine. Standard for the machines are, they are very simple to operate and every machine is delivered with a PLC controller, which makes it possible to leave the boring units when not in use, on standby. Furthermore the PLC controller makes it possible to choose the sequence of the units, and therefore the units cannot collide during work. Should it be necessary with a cleaning of your drilling hole, step by step drilling is of course also available.
With regards to the suspension of the boring units, they are made horizontally from the side and both ends, and vertically top / bottom. The longitudinal direction is adjusted by means of guides with ball bushings. The height and transverse directions are adjusted with threaded spindles and hand wheels. The adjustments are made even easier by mechanical digital display and measuring scale.
