Dan-List Classic Dowel Boring Machine
Dan-List Classic is built especially for legs to beds, tables and other work pieces which need to be drilled from three sides. Furthermore you can add end borings to the machine so that you can drill all five sides at the same time. Normally you will need to put the work pieces through the machine at least twice in order to drill all five sides, but not in this case. With the Dan-List Classic line you need only one set-up of the machine and one working cycle. This improvement of the efficiency does not mean the Classis line looses capacity - instead the capacity will be even higher than normal. Exact cycle time will be quoted with each machine.
Apart from the fact that the machine is easier to set up, and the advantages of not having to drill the work pieces twice, we have focussed on the working security of the machine, too. As a standard feature we have added a security system, which prevent access to the machine while it is operational. This does make fences around the machine unnecessary, but fences can of course be added upon request. However as the safety more than meets the high standard from EU this will not be necessary.
